Having problems getting video off sd card to computer then veiwing.  Used to work fine now sometime the .mov file is the only file on sd card and after down load cant play  help

Im running windows

Mov files are more designed for mac computers i would concider saving files in mpg format if your running windows.
This setting can be changed in the dji go app once connected to the drone.
You can download a converter for mov files but you may have difficulty viewing on some devices.

Hi there, the issue only appears in .mov files, right? How about other formats? Please kindly upload some samples if applicable, we'd like to look into it.
