I have a M210 and M210RTK but cannot get camera 2 working on either:

Port I : X4S
Port II: DJI Z30

Pilot App v0.6.0
Aircraft Version 01.01.0900
Cedence Remote v02.00.0090
Gimbal 01.01.00.20 - Zenmuse X4S v01.07.16.44
Gimbal v01.00.00.55 - Zenmuse Z30 v 01.00.00.60 (Note: This doesn't show up on dual cameras, this is when the X4S is removed and the Z30 placed on port I)

I've tried firmware updates, factory resets, firmware downgrades... any suggestions please?

hello, got nearly the same problem, the X5s is regonize on port 1, i have put the flir xt on the port 2, when i am openning DJI pilot, both can be see on the main screen, when i enter in, only the X5S give picture..... anyone to help us??

I have the same issue.

I have exactly the same issue with a X4S and Z30.  Both DJI Go 4 and Pilot app on CrystalSky cannot see both cameras at the same time.  Both spin up but not detected in the app.

Yes, same thing happened to me. I am only able to get the DJI Go 4 App to recognize our XS5 and Flir XT, where we can record each, but cannot get it to recognize two separate RGB cameras at the same time. Would be nice if a DJI expert would help answer these questions

Would try using DJI Pilot app (1.7.2) on Crystal Sky or android device. Can download APK from DJI Pilot Downloads section.

I am having the same issue, I have an XT and Z30 on my M210 and I am only able to connect one camera at a time in Gimbal 1.  When I add the second camera in Gimbal 2, everything goes wonky.  I am using DJI Pilot 1.7.2 on my updated CrystalSky and I've updated all the firmware.  When I open DJI Pilot with both cameras connected, it only recognizes the camera in Gimbal 1.  Suggestions?
