All synced in DJI go 4 so not sure why they don't show up

Hi. I'm sorry for the confusion. For us to make the drone icon appear in your account, you must use the same DJI Account you are using right now to activate the drone you want to add. If it's not the same account you used, we no longer have the way to add it.
