Does anyone get these strange white stripes when recording video with the X7 ?

I get them when I'm recording on the Micro SD card with the SSD recording turned off. When I turn on the ProRes Recording on the SSD they disappear.

I will do some tests for that, the thing is that i dont wont to use the ssd evry time (I'm not getting that when I shoot still's though)

I Understand, this is the only solution that I know that works right now. Several Others have had the same problem.

Hi, I had these lines too. But I was thinking that it was artifact coming from the Pola filter I'm using. I will do more tests to be sure.

I've been having the exact same pattern.
Wasn't using any filter though, but recording on an SD card - SSD off - just like Sky_ in post #2.
Out of the 21 clips I shot that day, 7 of them were showing that same pattern.
Same weather/lighting/flight conditions throughout the day.
We thought the camera was defective so we sent it in for replacement.

I have the same problem!
Only in video!I took some photos as well and this lines is not exist there!

I have a VERY temporary solution... but should get you by for now until a solution is discovered.
Power on your controller with monitor and i2.
Make sure it's in video mode (lines most likely appear)
Now leave the controller and monitor on and restart the i2.
Once rebooted and reconnects...the lines should be gone.
BE AWARE
If you go away from the video screen in any way (enter preview mode, switch to photo mode, etc) the lines will reappear.
Essentially... once rebooted, get your shots and that's it.

No idea what causes this as I've switched or updated all of the following:
i2
controller
x7
app
crystalsky
firmware

The only consistent variable is the lens. PERHAPS it's a bad batch of lenses? but that's a far stretch.
Hope this solution works for you, let me know.

Today I updated the firmware to x.x.0300 and it gone...

Glad that fixed it for you...hope it's permanent. I've downgraded, upgraded, factory reset, etc... nothing fixed it for me

Could also be a bad batch of sensors.. we'll probably never know.

Hello All!
Today I tested the X7 with the new fw and it looks the lines are gone!
I flew 4 batteries without any issue!

I rolled back after a firmware release created the artifact, and have avoided all of the battery issues by not upgrading. I'll stay on my ancient firmware until all of the major issues are sorted out.
