Try a different USB cable.
And say what device it is. "Android" means nothing.
Android 6, although supported, is really really old now.

Then i bought a new one but it does not work :-(. next step update drone ?? 2.0? +++ does not work? win8 or drone or me wrong. both memory is coming. computer installed drivers from drone ok. Reboting computer does not work.

Hi, you need to downgrade your app version and you will have live view again.
First uninstall DJI go app.
Then download version 4.3.0 as if I’m not mistaken it’s the first version that added the mavic 2.
Enable installation from unknown sources on your device.
Disable auto updates of the apps in play market.
Make sure to never update the app again on that device.
If it still doesn’t work, then you are out of luck and you have to buy a better device.

Hello thanks I bought a newer 10 "of the same model, I also instantly worked on win7 on old computer then everything worked as it should be and see if it's flying after the new update 1.0.0.200 :-)
