So you can only download small square of offline maps?  Its a long rectangle shape and you cant change it.  I recall being able to download large sections or even countries at a time on my ipad.  Whats the fix for this?

Download multiple adjoining areas if you need more. I don’t normally use offline maps. I was surprised I couldn’t resize the box, but just downloaded overlapping rectangles. No biggie.

In USA, the offline map was subdivided to area. Each area includes only about 5 miles. So there is no way to download a state.

yeah.  Especially considering this doesnt take a sim card.  FFS!

It has always been this way on the Crystal Sky.  Since this is a built in Crystal Sky I would say that the same software for downloading maps stayed the same.
