Hello,

Please help! I have vertical lines showing up in all my picuters and video. I've shot in all framerates, res', and everthing else under the sun to try and fix the issue  but I've had with no luck. Ive update the firmware, cleaned it. Everything! Im lost on what to do next. One persone noted that this might be an interlacing issue with the CMOS senseor. Does anyone have the same issue. If so, how do you fix it???

this doesn't sound normal. If you haven't already. Please post still photos/video of the phenomena, but it sounds like either a bad camera or bad connection. Either way you need to probably start a support ticket and get it taken care of.

Downgrading the firmware solved this issue. FYI
