I bought a dji phantom 3 professional, i've a black spot on the videos (all the videos).

I cleaned the camera lens but it 's still there

Looks like a smudge on the lens.. have you unscrewed the front barrel and see of there is a mark inside on the lens?

Looks like a smudge, my two cents.
Clean the lens can if the black port still there, it might be a smudge plate.. Then you can send a mail to me, I'll directly get EU support guys to deal with it.
