"a. Clearly this was an error on the drone, Will DJI help"
No, unfortunately for you it was not a drone error. All throughout the flight you were receiving error messges that you seemed to have ignored. At 11m 32s you were given the warning: "The remaining battery is only enough for RTH. Return home now.", which you chose to ignore. At that point the battery was down to 31% and you were 1,894 feet away from home. At 11m 41 s you still have not tried to return home, so the aircraft decides it will do so anyway. But the aircraft is flying at 820 feet above the ground, well above the level you should be flying at. At 13m 30s the battery is down to 19% and the aircraft is still 820 feet up in the air. It continues to land until 15m 49s, and most likely landed in one of those trees. Then, more likely than not, it was stolen.
"Unfortunately , as usual , the Mavic Air had huge connection issues , and I had no control via remote to my drone , and it was completely irresponsive."
I suggest you need to read the manual for the aircraft more thoroughly before you buy another drone, if in fact you do, because from what you say, you have a very poor understanding of how it operates. It was not "irresponsive", it was in self-preservation mode and you did not give it any help to get home.
