Hi jonte2907, sorry to know that you are experiencing trouble activating the unit. Please also help to check if the Osmo Mobile 3 is updated to the latest firmware, make sure that the app has internet access. If the issue persists, please provide us with the firmware info and the serial number for me to check further about it.

Firmware should be up to date. But, to be sure, where can I see which firmware I'm using?
