I've the same problem, the provided link doesn't exist. How do I know that is under warranty or not?

If the battery is within the warranty period, please get in touch with our Customer Support: https://www.dji.com/support to assist you to open a ticket.
I’m having the same problem for 4 of my 5 batteries, not even reached 2 years of use… Now I can only fly with one battery waiting for DJI answer. Very annoying.

Batteries do not last forever. Apart from whatever service DJI may offer, you may want to develop your own practices for buying a new one once in a while and cycling the old ones out of your inventory.

I can understand but if I need to change my 5 batteries every 2-3 years at my own cost it's starting to be a huge amount...
