Wouldn't recommend to use it again.

An expanding battery as it heats up in flight could cause it to disconnect and the drone to loose power resulting in a bad crash.

The batteries expand due to gas from electrolyte decomposition

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. We do not recommend using the battery if the battery was already been inflated. Also, you can send the battery to us for a possible replacement if the battery is within the warranty period. To check the warranty period parts of your drone, you may click this link: https://www.dji.com/service/policy. Hope this helps. Thank you for your understanding and support!

I've the same problem, the provided link doesn't exist. How do I know that is under warranty or not?

I’m having the same problem for 4 of my 5 batteries, not even reached 2 years of use… Now I can only fly with one battery waiting for DJI answer. Very annoying.

How many cycles has it gone through?

Batteries do not last forever.  Apart from whatever service DJI may offer, you may want to develop your own practices for buying a new one once in a while and cycling the old ones out of your inventory.

I can understand but if I need to change my 5 batteries every 2-3 years at my own cost it's starting to be a huge amount...
