11 pictures taken in about 20 seconds, manually!
The Mavic Mini stands and hooves in the same place
Wind approximately 1-3/m seconds

The film demonstrates how Mini wobbles from left to right and up and down.

Was it very windy . My mini won’t do that even at 20mph. Ok I see 1.3m/s, something wrong with your unit, first I would preform IMU and gimbal calibration.

The sensors under the drone for stable flight cannot work in poor or no light at night time. You may find the drone drifts a little also. There is software that can combine the photos in the same position though, I know lightroom does it. You can choose a point for it to lock on and it positions all the images in that spot.

Check you propellors for damage.

This is a timelapse. I wouldn't imagine mini (or may be any other drone) can stay in exact the same position for 20 sec in order to have a perfect timelapse.
I believe (as deathsquad said) it can be solve with some software. It could be a nice experiment though to take photos less frequently and for longer period...for example a photos every 5 sec for 2 min.
It may be horrible, but it may be interesting :-)

Not a chance, don't think about spending money on image stabilization programs. It's a DJI fault. Feel free to do a test yourself and come back with results.

Maybe it was wind,  do you use UAV forecast to check the wind at the altitude your flying at?

THX 4 tips. Why not try it yourself and come back with the result. I would like more people to test and wait for the solution?

THX 4 reply! NOT 1.3m/s
Wind ≈ 1 -> 3m/sec.

Mini (or probably any drone) will not maintain its exact position for this kind of shooting. You need a tripod.

Fly in the day, you get better results. At night the sensors cannot work to hold position. Even then though you will get some slight movement. You are talking about a drone in the sky. Use lightroom to batch process the images in the same position. It's not hard.
