Hello,
I have a Mavic 2 Zoom which has performed flawlessly for 50+ flights until not too long ago it randomly lost control and "flew away".  It hit a tree and landed partially in a pond (right on the edge).  It appears to have no physical or water damage other than a leg that's a little bent.  

It starts up, calibrates gimbal, but there's no startup sound, no lights, no connection to RC, and won't get recognized by DJI Asisstant 2.
