A 14yr old wanted to step up from a Spark and his dad got him this one.
I could have pushed further probably, but I'm happy he got it!

Wow - you have zero DJI products? I only have the Mini 2 fly more combo with care refresh now - though I'd get the insurance on this one after last months crash with the MA2.

Fingers crossed - highly recommend it - it didn't feel any different to flying the MA2 just A LOT quieter and even easier to work with

Yes it does. Though that is officially the oldest iPhone to work with it. 6s-12pro are all OK

£500 is £500 mate - inexpensive for DJI drones but not cheap in the bigger picture. Thats the price of a Sony 4K TV!

Depends on the supplier - if the goods are faulty within 2 weeks of purchase then they have to refund or exchange and Argos, well - hahahahaha - not that I have any intention or reson to return this one - it's a keeper

True. But the refund won't apply for a 'sight' period like you have here in NL.

Apple UK have an unconditional 14 day return policy - even on activated drones. But they seem to be pulling away from DJI - in fact they currently only sell the Mavic Air 2

There is (at least that I know off) a couple of tech companies that have a strict rule on registering a product (and don't allow for truly un registering to be able to sell as new again).
And with DJI you get just that.
I can see why they have to work like that, but in a world of shopping from home, it is something that gets expensive for webshops very soon.
So all webshops I know off, have this policy on products that have to be registered before you can try them.
DJI should try to find a way of implementing something that allows for 'one flight' or something.

Would be a good idea - thats why I buy from local authorised dealers here - not only can I collect in person on the same day but can return it that day if there are any faults out the box.

We don't have any close by here.
But with faults etc, there is no problem.
Just when you are not satisfied and want a refund.
Like you can here in NL. At least for 2 weeks.
They (webshops) have to allow for a 2 week minimum period in which you are allowed to test the product just like you would be able to in a shop.
I use this often  with my instruments.
