When I shot a video then play it back in the smart controller it auto plays music. Just got it so only used once. Don't want that horrible music.

Hi there, could you please help us to confirm that what kind of video you shot? Did you use the QuickShot function to shot the video? Please be advised that the music cannot be turned off while playback the QuickShot videos through the app. You can playback the original video without music through the photo album of the smart controller.
