on my dji Air2s,i can't make a quickshot in 4k while friends of mine with their dji Air 2 can make a quickshot in 4, why? I wish the dji can unlock this feature also on air2s.

my model device is an iPhone but I have also tried using an Android device but the problem remains.

the problem was with my iphone, dji app works very well.
I went directly to DJ store and they gave me the solution.
