Hi there,
I have an issue with connecting my Spark with my laptop(surface pro 4). Things I tried to solve the problem:

Turned drone and laptop on and off multiple times
Used different usb cables
Installed the latest version of DJI assistant aswell as 1.1.2.573, tried to start both as admin
Tried two different PCs (win10 and win 7)

There are no issues with connecting it to my phone or the remote and in the air it works perfect.

I'd be grateful for any ideas how to solve this..

Edit: it doesn't show up in device manager aswell

In addition, for the Spark drone, you may need to use the DJI assistant 2 version 1.2.4 and you can download the said software using the link below. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Version 1.2.4 is only available for apple. I don't have access to a mac.
I'll post the video asap.
