Between Christmas and New Year we visited a light display (for want of a better description) at Hampton Court Palace (former home of King Henry VIII).

This was the entrance to the display via the palace's Base Court.

Looks great.  I was just a child when I visited Hampton Court, many years ago.  I only remember the maze

Yup, it was pretty impressive... Sadly the rest of it didn't quite live up to the hype, but it was still a good way to spend an evening between the festivities.

I'm digging through the photos and video and will post more if they are worth it.
