Hey, I want to hear your experience and some sort of advice for creating an apps.

Hi, guys!

I would like to create an app. Recently found an article uncovering that topic. There is told about the popularity of interactive apps , adding 3d, gamification features, and so on.
Maybe you had experience in creating great apps which as a result have enhanced customer loyalty.
What can you advise? Which features can improve the "user experience"?
I will appreciate every piece of advice

The original go4 app had flags for countries flown and an experience level that you earn points to grow,  the dropped that in the fly app and I really miss it.
