Hello, I had drone for warranty and drone was fly away, dont have dji care becouse nobody inform me at date when the drone was bought, I use the airdata app and the app show me was issue with engine and should warranty cover that? The logs should be ok, i used drone over 6 months a s every time care for everythink battery and drone, I try find drone around but not chance, last good location no drone there, how far maybe is now? From that location? What is a chance to find drone after 2 months? Please help

If you want help, you need to post a link to the Airdata report (not just screenshots of the summary on Airdata).
Make sure that you thick the Share box too.

If you mean the "motor is blocked" message shown by airdata, that is probably not the cause of the loss of your drone and just a result of it landing or crashing into a tree or bush as it came down.

Post your data and someone will be able to give you a lot more information about the incident.

We would recommend you apply for a flyaway case and then remember to tick "Apply for data analysis" when filling in the info, data analysis can be processed as long as the drone is within the warranty period and the corresponding offer will be provided based on the analysis result. Fly away accident on warranty is a case to free replacment drone or Need pay for that? My collegue has one year ago fly away case and he received discount to buy new drone but doesnt has dji care on mini2 please let me know if somebody find my drone like this after 2 months can use that? It is any chance to locatecthis drone if another person could find that and use? Maybe it is good to try find on forums?

Hello, there. Sorry to hear about that. Please send an email to support@dji.com and reported this case to them. Sync your flight record and export the Flight Controller LOG Data and contact them and start data analysis. We will try our best to help this out.  Besides, just to double confirm, may we know the model of your drone?

My collegue sended but they told him the wind was problem and low battery and cancelling rth, but he try rescue drone but not chance they dont accept airdata logs and comment, the drone been used over 6 month, i think he has problem with firmware and software and problems with engine, they offer to him 28 percent discount to buy new drone but not warranty accepting, if he has a chance go to very hard area mountains snd find drone he will be do that but is not possible that to dangerous

If you want help or to find out what happened to your drone ... just post the data.
You might even find out where to search.
But without data, no-one can help you.

Ho on this topic how do you access the data information if you have a incident like this or a mechanical failure etc .

If you want us to find out the reason of the flyaway, just post the LINK to your LOG in Airdata.

What the investigators will need is the actual log, such as that that was uploaded to Airdata.

None of those many screen shots are of any use for flight data analysis.
If you want help, you must post the flight data.
I've explained how earlier.
You could have had a proper analysis within 15 minutes or so if you'd done it earlier.

Motor blocked? Why? It is for warranty?
Motor blocked is the message you get when the drone crashes or lands in/on a tree etc.
It's probably nothing to do with the loss of the drone.

Now one more time, if you want help don't post any more screenshots ... post the data as asked.

Sign in at the Airdata website, the go to that flight record, copy THAT web address and post it.
