As long as they implement what the users are looking for then it makes the whole exercise worthwhile. I think this would be the common sense approach so lets hope its a good outcome.

Wow, i didnt expect indefinitely as a recommendation to the DFT, as for the actual 'C' markings themselves, sounds promising too.
Now we just need DJI to allow the UK and other countries to be able to buy the plus batteries, after all, there are no 'C' markings therefore MTOM is moot, its still MTOW for sub 250g

For an untrustworthy seller such as them, i would do a full video unboxing, from the shipping label (costs, return sender etc) to everything else, then you may have a leg to stand on.

If you return the item cause its not what they say it was, you will at the very least be out of pocket because you would have to send it special delivery for all the proof you can get, plus a reboxing video. Still, it will be a game of word against theirs, they could say that it wasn't the same product they sent you.

These are worst case scenarios, i.e. scammers and it certainly happens this way too, i hate low feedback sellers and would rather go without, been hurt about 3 too many times over the years...

Glad it came early, i take it was online ordering then. Noth sure how long mine will take, that that there's any rush, i got no Mini 3 Pro anyway, what with that tall fence an all lol

EDIT: Made the odd adjustment, i said buyer, should have said seller, just checked my fmk, 24/7/22 lol

Yes,  I did a click and collect on in as no local stores had same day stock but Ive found the more they move inside Sainsbury the less stock they are actually carrying.

Yes,  they do charge a premium for the plus battery.   The Ali seller did he actually have them and does that include import duties?

It looks like he has them in stock as he has received 4 or 5 positive feedback for them over the last 4 days.
Most reviews saying fast shipping too. But who knows whether he has stock or not? current delivery time I'm seeing is 13th July.

No UK duty as value of goods is under £135 Although they might still add UK VAT @20% to the price. I've seen that happen a lot recently when buying from China.

I'm not up to snuff on UK or EU regulations- could you explain what this is, or means for drone pilots there?
