For those with the standard controller head on over to the DJI download page (which still says v1.6.8).
Clicking the link downloads the new v1.6.10 version. Will install on my phone as I have a Mini 2 and Air2s, we will probably have to wait for the DJI RC update.
could not see any visible changes to the app. loaded my mini 2 up and no updates for it. also tried mini 3 and rc controller in dji assistant so nothing here either.
After being told that 1.6.10 is the only official app to use, I tested my Android devices with 1.6.10, AND the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G crashes the 1.6.10 app where th 1.6.12 did not.
Seems 1.6.10 is still not OK for some Android 12 devices. 1.6.12 seems good though.

Hello there chillibadger. Good day and thank you for sharing these information with us. Have a safe and a happy flying always. .
No worries. Who updates your webpages as the link for android still states 1.6.8?
as there are several issues with the DJI Fly app (https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=269521) on iOS, I'd like to know whether there will be an update for the iOS version of the app as well in the near future. Does anybody know?
Until now Ver. 1.6.9. is the newest version which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.
Seems like it always takes a while for them to update the version availability. Saw same on one version release of Mimo as well. Lack of internal communication from one team to another team.
Thanks for posting about this being out. I installed it, but haven't seen any new features. Anything new to discover still for me, or is this just bugfixes?
