This is a Low Resolution File (LRF) generated simultaneously when recording.

LRF files are mp4, which can be viewed by any PC media player.

I just shot 38GB of 4k/60 and with it I get 3.8GB of junk lrf ?

so we get 10% of disc space for junk files?  There has to be a better answer than that.
