As a new member of the forum II was not permitted to start a new thread, hence I'm adding my question to a thread that has an issue that resembles mine.
I have not used my Osmo Mobile 2 for a couple of years, so I've deleted the DJI Go app and downloaded the Mimo app to my iPhone 11 Pro.

The DJI Osmo Mobile 2 will only work with DJI GO and it is not compatible with DJI Mimo app.
Also, the said mobile device is not recommended for compatibility and reliability purposes of the app. For reference, you can check the list of recommended mobile devices for the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 here: (https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-3).
