Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to uninstall the DJI Fly app on your mobile device and then reinstall it using the version on our website? After that, you may download the DJI Assistant 2 software on your PC/MAC and kindly please update/refresh the firmware and then calibrate the vision sensor to see if the sensors are working normal.
