So I was tracking myself while going sideways. it was on n mode. when the drone came close to a tree, it stopped (probably the obstacle avoidance kicked in)then it decided to go backward. ending up hitting the tree. according to the flight data, I never pressed backward.

Mini3Pro has no side sensors, so flying sideways in tracking mode is tricky....
Approaching from the side getting behind an obstacle with really close distance to that obstacle, will drone fly backwards...

Sorry for the crash. I doubt Dji will replace as the drone has no side sensors and the pilot needs to be mindful how they fly as this is their responsibility.
