Speeding into the sunset.

Very thankful that @DowntownRDB prompted me to check my shots of the speeder as I forgot I had snagged this one.     But Im going to need a faster drone,  going at 20mph he left me for dust.

You saved the best for last.

Gee DA I wonder if he made it. Flat chat and not a terrible lot of water but hey that shot came out really well. Colours and lighting certainly all worked out.

Brilliant capture DA.    That is an amazing skyline.  No doubt that boat owner was in a hurry to get somewhere.

Surreal colors. Love the veil the boat is pulling behind it!

It's deceiving as it was a particularly high tide,  usually the main part is all that fill with water.   If you look into the distance the main river is pretty full still.

It was a 6m tide that day so areas get wet that rarely do,  they had also closed the flood barrier so that can also make it seem deeper.

No flying again today as I have a lengthy appointment with my CPA to go over my tax forms from 2 years ago as I got a notice I'm being audited.  Shouldn't be a problem as I use a professional preparer and I've been with him for years but it is always safe to get a 2nd opinion when you come under scrutiny of the Internal Revenue Service.

Good luck. It’s never nice being audited and always a PITA you can do without.     I’m on Christmas duties today and will pick up some electrical supplies.

So far it's working OK,  there's not a lot of load on it so Im not concerned.  But in the new year I may take the skirting (base board) off and run a replacement behind it.    I repainted that room earlier in the year so I have paint and it wont take much to match it in again.

No flood lights as I didn't want to make anybody envious of me having power.  It was just nice to be fully self contained.
