I have a problem i cannot install it on my phone.
I can install the apk but when i try to install it on my phone its says.
App is not installed because the package seams invalid?
Is there someone to help me ????

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know if the “Installing an Unknown Application” setting has been enabled?  It requires your mobile phone to allow the built-in browser (such as Chrome or other browser apps) to install an unknown app.
If the DJI Fly app cannot be installed from the browser, please try to find the APK file of the DJI Fly in the File Manager for installation.

No the strange thing is the fly app is on my phone and no poblem.
But the mimo app do not work i can download it en then i try to install it and then it says after
a few minutes that the app is not installed because the package seams invalid

Try downloading from a safe alternative site and see if the current version works for you or a previous version.  I did have one previous download direct from the DJI download center that failed to install.  Not sure what caused the bad download but haven't had any issues since.

The apk language will change with the mobile device, you may try to scan the QR code on the official website to download the package again.

After i delete some movies from my phone. The app now says its not installed

It dont start up now also got problems with the dji fly app wont start up i have the simbols on my phone but when i press nothing happens but on my wife the Huawei p30 pro everything works and on my sons Samsung a53 also everything works only not on my phone

You mentioned before that DJI FLY APP works properly but now neither DJI Mimo App nor DJI FLY APP can run. May we know if you upgraded the system during the period or did anything?

i had a upgrade in november 2022 and i update the fly app 4 weeks ago with no problem

Sorry for the late response. We may need to forward your issue to our engineers for further analysis.  Would you please export the App log?
Please connect your phone to your PC and find the log file through the path:
1）SD card/Android/data/dji.mimo/files/LOG ;2）internal storage/Android/data/dji.mimo/files/LOG
Then, zip the whole and upload them to a Cloud Drive, and share the link with us.

Yesterday around 5 o oclock i try it again and like a mistry the problem is fixed.
Both app are working now. I am happy now

@Rick lie May I ask you what device were you using the Mimo app with? I have two lists that are about the Mimo app, the Pocket 2 and the compatible devices (both phones and tablets). Would like to gather the information to updat those lists. Thanks in advance for your reply, and glad to hear you got the app working.
