Hi Phil here, We use drones to herd up to 300 Brahma cattle. We have used phantom 4 pros till now.
Now have a mavic 3 on the way. The concern is, is the mavic 3 gonna be loud enough.
The phantom 4 pros can be heard from a 1/4 mile away on a calm day.
We did end up getting low noise aftermarket props for one of the phantoms that was supposed to increase performance.
Couldnt notice any difference in performance but did get louder with the aftermarket props.
What are your thoughts on this?
The Mavic 3 has been bought and I guess we will find out if it'll work.
Anybody got any idea if you can get extra loud props for it?
I also have a DJI mini 3 pro and it is too quite I can get a small herd of 25 moving but cant turn them. They simply dont notice the drone soon enough when their running. I do haft to come in really close with the mini 3. Before it bugs them enough to move them, but when one starts to move soon the herd moves.

I don't think they make "extra loud props." Usually, everybody wants Low noise ones.

Mavic 3 is less than 85db to conform to the new sounds regulations.
