Mimo App does not show images and videos captured from Osmo Action 3

Hi There,
When my Osmo Action 3 connects to the Mimo app, I cannot view images or videos until I switch off the sim card network. This seems to a bug on the app. Any resolution for this please?

DJI  is well aware, we have a thread already on this. the work around, delete app

turn on Airplane mode on the phone. load on APP. and set up, do not turn on AIrplane mode  once  the airplane mode is on the cameras app will   again go back to the issue at hand

we want a  fix in Our timely manner, DJI has yet to offer that fix as I understand, and here we are with another  concerned customer.. that will mean from DJI  please check your app version for updated. not the answer we want to hear

Thank you for confirming that DJI is aware of this issue. I saw the issues in other products sub category but couldn’t find a thread in action 3 lineup. This could be a app problem or a camera problem, but just wanted to make sure it is raised here. Can’t believe that a know issue could take so long for a fix…it’s a pain to keep switching off cellular all the time.
