Hi there, I'm having trouble to trying to update  the E mount. I have followed all the instructions in the google doc, Mali freezes when scaning for a device, have downloaded the driver and reinstalled it, no luck, any help would be appricated, cheers

Also, can you please provide information on how you connected the Emount to the computer? We will highly appreciate if you can provide us with a video of the operation for us to check. i am having the same problem I am trying to upgrade the firmware for the E mount for a DJI 4D ronin cinema camera, I am on a 2020 Imac running sonoma 14.6.1 nothing i try is working , the Mali mount software just keep giving me the error message that it is a corrupt file. i can not get this to work , I have tried everything i have read in previous post, nothing is working, HELP

Unfortunately it only works on Apple Silicon (M1-M3 etc)
