Greetings, I recently bought a drone controller that is connected to a Air 2S but the map data doesnt show even when connected to the internet and it doesnt show the option in the menu to livestream. how do i fix this?

Hi, JAWD. Thank you for reaching out. May we ask about the current version of the built-in DJI Fly App? Please try to update/refresh the firmware of the Smart Controller using the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) that can be downloaded on this link (https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series). After that, please try to connect the Smart Controller to the internet and test outdoors, if the map is still not loading, please provide us a screenshot.

For the live streaming function, can you please confirm if there is a transmission on the Go Fly page? If there's none, please provide the App version and RC version for further checking and a screenshot as well of the transmission page. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
