A lot of people have complained about the lack of SDK support on the new Mavic and now the Inspire 3. Many of us have used 3rd party apps like Litchi to fly missions for Timelapse videos. I personally have 10 missions I run each month with my Inspire 2. I understand DJI has Waypoint Pro, but these missions will not transfer over exactly to Waypoint Pro. They will not fly exactly the same because they are two entirely different applications. We need to ensure that our monthly flights continue to match up exactly month to month.

If you could please provide us SDK support for the Inspire 3, it would be greatly appreciated. This also encourages 3rd party development and innovation that will continue to inspire new features in future DJI Pilot app development as well. Please continue to encourage 3rd party app support so we don't lose a key feature we use to have. This is also a reason why so many people have not upgraded from their Mavic 2 Pro to the Mavic 3. The Mavic 2 Pro has SDK support and arguably more capability via 3rd party apps where the Mavic 3 Pro does not. Same situation with the Inspire 2 vs. the Inspire 3. No Im saying Litchi havent committed to rewrite a new app for the new version of the SDK as its not a drop in replacement like the old versions were.

There currently is no new version SDK for the Inspire 3 though, so how could they possibly write a new app for it?

Usually the SDK updates hasn't caused the 3rd party apps to re write the app,  they just update the SDK and a few minor tweaks and they are good to go.   With the new SDK they have to rewrite the app as the SDK is very different to before.    Because of this and the lack of IOS version,  plus no clear indication what drones are supported going forward no one seems in a huge rush to make the code changes.

Correct, and in this case, there is no new version SDK for the Inspire 3 to rewrite a new Litchi app for so there is no way Litchi could have done this until an SDK is released for it anyway.

Except they have released a new version of the SDK for all new drones moving forward that gets SDK support that requires a major rewrite.   Once new drones are added then it's not a big deal to support them.

Except that this new SDK is not for the Inspire 3 which means an even newer version of an SDK may be required if DJI chooses to release one for it.

We need an sdk please also for live use we need a digital zoom of 3x
