Indeed,  I was really surprised to see them,.   then last night the SUPs were all heading out about 5pm which seems a bit late to me.

Sunset it currently 9:15pm.   Last night we had an epic sunset but I was just climbing into the sack as It appeared.

So maybe the SUPs had time to get some time on the water before it got to dark.  Again, depending on what time you saw them going out.

Way too cloudy here to see the sunset.  Weather guessers calling for 39C today but with a bit less humidity.

As they charge £5 to use the slip it just seemed an odd time to go out for just an hour or two.

No doubt when you factor in the use fee it does seem very odd to go out that late.

I bet on the next good weather day there will be loads of sups out. the last few days the tide times have been good but the weather not so much.

Yeah, no doubt about needing some great weather to match the tide times.  

Did you see the Amazon Prime day deal on the Mini 3 Pro?  Almost $250 off regular price.  BestBuy sold them at the discounted price and ran out quickly.

Same discounts here too,    which makes me think Mini 4 is right around the corner.

That is what I was thinking also.  However, many commenters on reddit and YT think the Mini 4 is still at least another year out.  I'm doubting that as why else would DJI offer such a great discount for an already great selling drone.

There's been a couple of leaks recently where the Mini4 looks like a finished product.    But if the leaks are true I may not upgrade,   as it seems the OA is much improved but the same camera is present,   Unless there is a camera improvement Im not sure other minor features are going to bother me that much.

That sounds similar to what they are saying about the main camera on the upcoming Air 3 in that it is smaller than what is currently on the Air 2S.  I'm excited to see new drones come out but unless it is a super upgrade I'll hold off.  I'm actually happy with the Air 2S and the Mini 3 Pro.  I would still like to see an upgrade from Skydio though.  The 2+ has been out over 18 months now.  I think Skydio is more interested now in the commercial side of their business than the recreational side.  I'm sure they are making more revenue from the commercial side, especially with the recent ban on DJI drones by the Federal and many State governments.

That ban could really help focus your attention,  especially if you can become the mail supplier quickly.

No doubt about that.  Lots of talk still at the federal government level.  The last 3 commissioners for the Federal Communication Commission are in the process of being confirmed by the Senate this week.  Once that is done more word will come out on the ban being looked at by Congress.

They barely passed through the House nomination process but the Democrats hold the majority in the Senate so they'll get confirmed most probably.

That's the ex college football coach that is holding up military promotions to key positions held by only highly qualified senior officers.  He has a hang up with females in the military getting an abortion with military funds.  Strange that he doesn't clear up the promotions and change a portion of the defense funding bill.  Hard to believe that one individual can hold the military promotions hostage.

Sounds like he's really qualified to know what happens in the military being an ex coach then.    It's amazing how unqualified people keep being elected.

He got elected on "name recognition" only.  He was a very effective coach but is a pizz poor elected official.
