I have an approved FAA waiver to fly 400ft in a 200ft restriceted airspace in the approach path 020 for MSY airport.  

I uploaded my waiver to DJI flysafe and completed the unlock steps. I was not able to import at my house prior to the job.


Arrived on jobsite, on the remote I found my waiver and imported. Phoned the ATC as instructed. Once in flight I was still restricted to 200ft.

Can anyone help me figure this out please. I need a step by step guide for dummies.
