We have a Mavic 3M and a D-RTK2 station and aim to create a georeferenced orthomosaic to be able to get the coordinates of certain objects in the orthomosaic. For that purpose, we need the mrk file with the coordinates of all single fotos taken by the drone. However, Agisoft Metashape does not accept mrk files. I found no option in the smartcontroller to change the file format so that the data are stored in any of the formats accepted by Agisoft. Does anyone know if it is possible to change the output format of the drone? Or does anyone know how to convert mrk to another format, e.g. Agisoft xml? Alternatively, we would also be open to use a different software to create an othomosaic if it doesn't cost too much.
Here is a list of the file formats accepted by Agisoft: Camera data can be loaded in one of the following formats: Agisoft (*.xml), PATB Camera Orientation (*.ori), BINGO (*.dat), Inpho Project File (*.prj), Blocks Exchange (*.xml), Bundler (*.out), Realviz RZML (*.rzml), N-View Match (*.nvm), Alembic (*.abc), Autodesk FBX (*.fbx), VisionMap Detailed Report (*.txt).
