Hello, there. Please check perform the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Calibrate the gimbal. I have done this several times how ever i cannot do it while gimbal is disconnected.
2. Check whether the lower vibration absorbing board is inside the anti-drop hook. it is if you are talking about the little hook-style thing right above the gimbal it is inside.
3. Record a video of the issue for us. I have several
4. Tell us the Aircraft’s and remote controller’s firmware version, app version both controller and aircraft have the latest firmware available by DJI assistant
5. The frequency of the issue, and under what operation the issue occurs everytime the drone goes off and on.
