Hello everybody..I am new to the group and I would like to ask for your help..

I have a mavic pro 1 which i hadn't used for a month.. i had used it a few days ago, and during the first vertical flight, everything went well.. but after i control before I could make my second flight, suddenly, the drone disconnected from the remote control, and there was the beep of the esc when it was turned on.. and now, I can no longer manage to connect me to the drone on the remote control.. Is there anyone who has already had this problem please?

I cannot see any error message on my phone and on my remote control because the drone and the remote control can no longer connect.. I have not yet tried to connect it to dji assistant. .

I see. Can you please try the steps below:
1. Please check whether the aircraft and remote controller both are powered on. Press the power button once, press it again, and hold to power on the device. The device will beep when it is powered on successfully.
2. Please check whether the aircraft has a microSD card. If yes, remove the microSD card and try linking again.
3. Please switch the linking method between linking with the app to linking with combination buttons. From the RC please press C1 Button + C2 Button + Video Recording Button + Shutter Button
4. If the issue still persists, check whether the remote controller has been updated to the latest version. Connect the remote controller to the app. After the connection is successful, check whether there is a prompt to update the firmware. If yes, update the firmware to the latest version and try linking again.
5. Please connect the aircraft to the computer, check the aircraft firmware version in the DJI Assistant 2, and try linking after updating and refreshing the aircraft’s firmware to the latest version. You can download the correct version here: https://www.dji.com/global/downloads/products/mavic
6. If the issue persists, please record a video showing the linking process and firmware version screenshot and we will check it for you. Thank you for your cooperation. Have a great day ahead.

I have already tried steps 1 and 2, but no connection between the remote control and the aircraft.
I will follow steps 3 to 5 and I will send you a video and a screenshot of the firmware version.

hello... so, I tried step 3 but it didn't work.. The same for steps 4 and 5. I put a screenshot of the firmware versions of the remote control and the drone below

Try reverting to 400 on both.

hello... I tried to downgrade the firmware version, on the drone and the remote control, but still the same result. The status led indicator wiwch does not light up normally..

thank you for the video..

I followed the video, and the camera is the only one viewed in the dji go 4 application... the status of the drone in the application is "disconnected"... and the drone still cannot connect on the remote control..

Actually, I think it is a hardware problem because when starting up, the red lights on the front arms do not light up, and the status indicator light on the back remains permanently green at low brightness than its normal brightness.. I don't know if it's the power board that is dead?

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your issue. To help you out, we'll need more details. Are there any error messages you're seeing? Also, check your drone's firmware and remote control connection. Sometimes a firmware update can resolve such problems. Keep us posted!

Hello...I replaced the esc power board and the drone connected again to the remote control and everything seems to be working normally..Thank you very much for your help, because it allowed me to know other things like firmware updates for my aircraft. have a nice days..
