I was with my friend on a zip-line adventure.

Both of us had a camera mounted on our head helmets: he a GoPro Hero7 Black, while me my beloved Osmo Action2.

GoPro: look how sharp is everything even our guide's hair.
OA2: look everything is quite unfocused.

OA2's settings:

• Auto white-balance
• Auto exposure (ISO=100-12800)
• Color: Normal
• FOV: Standard (Dewarp)
• Zoom: 1x (No-zoom)
• Resolution: 4K/16:9, 30fps
• HorizonBalancing
• Video compression: HEVC
• Anti-flicker: auto
  

It seems OA2 is completely out-of-focus.

Firmware: 01.04.06.20
Camera Firmware: 10.00.36.21

I do have this lense protector glass installed. Shall I remove it? Can it cause this blurry video quality?
