I live on a private comunity lake.  A gluide path for local airporI cuts across the lake  I have had several DJI Drones and never had any issues with the getting a licence to fly a into istricted air space.  
When flying my new M3P  all fnctions are normal except flying into ristricted zones.  I file for a licence, it is granted, and download to controller. the controller shows the file "Valid" but won't load it onto the aircraft. Controller Shows "Aircraft not connected"
