Hello there. Please try the procedures below:
1. Please make sure that the app version is the latest. https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo
2. Confirm that the mobile device network is normal during activation. Try to replace the network or mobile device and try again.
3. Restart the DJI Pocket 3 and DJI Mimo app and try again.

hi, how can I activate the osmo pocket 3?

In iPhone I can't install the app, I can't find it in the app store.
In android, I downloaded the APK, but my phone doesn't allow me to install it.

is there any way to activate the product via website?

Hi, I can't get past the activate before use because of the limited number of access. Now I can't register because I need to reset the wifi but I can't get to the wifi because the device doesn't allow.me in. This is so stupid and highly annoying. How can I get past the initial entry point so I can access the settings?
