I have an osmo mobile 5, fully charged, turns on, connects to iphone 13 no issues, however the motors do not work, the unit stays in limp mode.

tried to calibrate the unit no go, deleted the app from phone no go, resetted the osmo and still no go.


you can not even hear the motors.

Any thoughts?

Hello there. Is your mobile phone also mounted with other accessories, such as the mobile phone case, external lens or filter accessory for mobile phones, charging cable or headphone cable, etc? If yes, please temporarily remove the relevant accessories for testing. Check if the gimbal has been balanced and make sure that the mobile phone can be horizontally and vertically balanced and kept stationary when the gimbal powers off. Have a great day.

I am also facing the same issue on my dji osmo 5, I have checked and rechecked everything suggested above but still the issue persists.
