How to.? Because in LightCut there is only a 1080p option, there is no 4k option.

If your device is supported for 4k and the clip you imported is 4k you'll see 4k top right for export like this.

If you are using One-Tap Edit, after file analysis, just tap the "16:9" and then your videos will become "9:16"

yes, used lightcut before and can change or keep resolution during download

I understand there is no Lightcut verson for PC, only for andriod mobile phones. What about Lightcut version for Android Tablets? As pointed out by some members, android mobile screens are too small. An android tablet would be a good compromise.
