What an extraordinary place. Obviously it's been abandoned for many years.  Neat flying in and around it.

Interesting footage and nice flying Alex.    Bet there is an interesting story behind why that building was never finished.  It really is in a nice location with great sea views.   Anyway, it sure made a nice playground for the Avata to play in.

As far as I understand it's unfinished because of changes 30 years ago, signs on a portal susest it was Komsomol (youth komies organisation) which is no more, bur there was a guard sugesting someone both it so might be one day it will be finished

In the meantime it just sits there but at least it makes for a great place to fly your drone in and around.
