Well, it was a waypoint mission set to continue after loss of signal.

All of those drones that have Waypoints and use DJI Fly have that command to continue.
Options are RTH, Hover, Land & Continue

Thanks as I wasn't aware of that.  I guess I need to explore waypoints more.  I guess I've been flying my Skydio 2+ too much lately and need to get back to the DJI drones I own.
