It's a nice touch isn't it.  And the new firmware for the Mini 4/Air3 looks great too.

It would definitely come in handy if you use an external Mic plugged into it.  

I checked several times over the last hour and no FW update appears for the Air 3 yet.  My guess is it might be rolling out by regions and if so we could be the last region due to negative relations between US and China.

I was finally able to get it at 5:00 PM EST.  Nice, large download.  If the winds die down enough tomorrow I'm going to test out the new FW, especially the Vision Assist and the digital zoom for 12MP photo mode.  If it is too windy I'll just beat on the drums and take a trip to the pistol range.  That should keep me stress free.
