I run my Mini 4 drone with a 500GB SD microchip in the drone. When I remove the card and play the MP4 file on my laptop computer, the replay speed is approx. 33% of normal. How do I fix?

Are you filming in H265?  You may find you need to film h264 as your computer is not up to the challenge of playing h265.

It should be under settings > Camera coding format.   Alternatively run the footage through handbrake, it can convert the h265 back to h264.
