CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!, I recorded videos on my camera yesterday with my dji mic, everything was recording. i go to check for the audio file today and there is nothing there. what do i do?

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you please check whether the videos in the camera are normal?
According to the method you record, the audio file will be stored in different places.
Where does DJI Mic transmitter store audio files:
On-board recording: An audio file will be saved every 30 minutes, and the oldest saved recordings will be overwritten once storage is full.
Via mobile phone/camera: After staring recording by the mobile phone/camera, the audio will be saved in the video. If on-board recording is enabled, you will have a backup of your recording.

Hello there! same problem here. I use Dji mic2 system internal memory to record. By the time I connect Dji devices to my Mac, the folder results empty.

Hello Natalia, thx for answering me back. Sorry for the accident probably I'll make it, but English is not my native language. That's why I'll try to explain myself very simply.
I recorded using your Dji Mic2 not connected to any other device or camera. Apparently, it seemed it worked fine all the time.
Some hours later I connected all units (transmitter+receiver) to the Macbook, and the folder appeared on the desktop, but clicking on it nothing was there.
This happens almost all the time; sometimes in the folder appears my records connecting both units to the Mac.
At now, I'm trying to get my records I made yesterday but any time I connect Dji units to the Mac nothing appear in the Dji folder.
Plz, help me!!! thx!!!

Hello. Is there any new disk displayed when the transmitter is connected to the computer alone?

Hi! I tried now.
Results:
both connected: new disk icon appear.
Receiver disconnected, transmitter connected: disk icon disappear.
Receiver connected, transmitter disconnected: disk icon appear.

Thank you for getting back and sorry for the delayed in response. During internal recording, a file is saved every 30 minutes. When 32-bit float recording is enabled, a file is saved every 23 minutes, and the files are in WAV format. Recorded files can be exported by connecting the transmitter to a computer using the included USB cable. If it still doesn't show the audio recorded could you try with another computer if possible.

I too have this problem.  I was not connected to a camera on the receiver side however, I was monitoring the audio and it was perfect in headphones.  When I copy over the files from the transmitter and open them in Adobe Audition, the files are the correct length for the footage we shot but I have 1 minute of audio followed by 23 minutes of white noise static with no waveform whatsoever in Audition.  

I confirmed I am running the latest firmware on transmitters and receiver.  Is there any way to salvage this recording?
