Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and see if you can isolate the issue.
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of DJI Mimo App; if not, please update the app and test again;
2. Check if the Osmo Pocket 3 can be used normally without connecting to DJI Mimo App;
1)If the Pocket 3 can be used normally without connecting to the app, please collect the following information:
a. APP version;
b. Mobile phone model and system version;
c. APP Log;
2)If the Pocket 3 cannot be used normally without connecting to the app, please try to connect to other mobile phones for testing;
3)If the Pocket 3 cannot be connected or activated normally after changing the mobile phone, please send it back for testing.
