What is going on? Posts about this situation are coming from years ago. Now, I have a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and a new DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro, and the situation is the same. I need to turn off the cellular data to be able to read and download my clips. My phone is having plenty of space, I'm able to transfer everything once CellData is off. This is an iPhone 12 Pro Max. When are you going to fix this problem?
Hey, it's annoying when that "Tap to Download" button just sits there doing nothing, right?
There are a few things that could be causing this. Sometimes, your internet connection might be too slow or unstable for the download to start. Or, maybe there's something wrong with the file itself.
Here are a few things you can try:-
Check your internet connection- Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong cellular signal. Try downloading something else to see if it works.
Restart your phone- A simple restart can often fix temporary software glitches that might be interfering with downloads.
Try downloading from a different source- If you're downloading from a website, try finding the file on a different website or platform.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies- Sometimes, old cached data can interfere with downloads.
If none of these solution work, you can follow for more details assistance below.
